Everyone who invested in IOU got kind of dogged by the old BOD.
OVT is a new venture rising from the ashes of the old. There may be many IOU holders such as yourself who preferred to consolidate their IOU losses, but certainly investment in the new venture may offset those losses.
At this point, knowing what I know about the business, and as I said.. in particular knowing that millions have been invested by the new BOD to get it relisted on the ASX.. I'm pretty confident in my "buy" position.
Use your brain. Today, the sophs invested at 1 cent cannot sell literally half the company for > 1c a piece, can they? What would happen if they started dumping tomorrow, without any type of announcement.. who's buying that?
So from this point, being only 2 or 3 times higher than one cent, you can probably expect that the share price will increase.. so the sophs can exit with a profit...
The company has to say and do some things to make the shares a desirable buy. Keep your eyes peeled for what those things might be.
