$1M divided by 25 units is $40,000 per unit.
This better than the $45,000 per unit quoted by CFU previously. Maybe the price is comeing down, but $40,000 is still a lot of a householder to pay out. I noted somethere (can't remember) that someone was offering to buy the unit for Austrlaian homes and share the benefits with the householder - only available for owner occupiers. For such a person the economics are good.
