Corgi, I feel RXL CR will be oversubscribed. Grade is king. 2.3Moz at 4.4g/t is money in the ground without any doubt whatsoever. Sure there is a lot of work to do for RXL to get to a mine - and yes this will need another CR down the line - but I suspect it will be at a higher price per RXL share. Gold is rising and will continue to do so.
The RXL shareholder base is large. There will be a proportion of RXL shareholders who have cashed in big spec wins within this Au/+Li space such as AZS, SXG, WC8 and more. These are 10x wins. There is currently large buckets of retail cash winnings sloshing around looking for CRs at the current historic lows.
Just now is a time like no other. Oversubscriptions abound. CRs with SPs at historic lows for pregnant projects just about to finally deliver. Commodities about to boom. Corgi, you and ItchyBeaver baffle me with your dismal view. Wake up and smell the coffee. RXL is a winner.
I have bought or sold RXL over 40 times over the last 12 years and am way ahead. The biggest gains have come from CRs at market lows. In rare instances, I may have had to hold for years, but RXL has always eventually paid me back well.
The current RXL CR looks to be close to a 'no brainer' - particularly with the options. Corgi, time will prove you and ItchyBeaver either right or wrong - but I think you are wrong. I feel the RXL CR will be oversubscribed. And even if not, the RXL CR will still give its investors a good return in due time.
