@ Chuxa: If your negative scenario occurs and the ATL (what is that actually, under 13 cents, apart from 2015?) were to fall below, then it would probably be some kind of (obvious) conspiracy by CEZ and probably also KC. So: If so, I wonder why x3.5? Then why suddenly so generous? Then they could and would easily say "x1.5, enough." (-->BCN). Then we would be at 15-20 cents.
You could say because 80 somehow sounds more realistic for both parties and there is simply more law and order in the EU than in Mexico. But wouldn't that still be ridiculous for a project that, to be fair, requires $4 because it's worth $1 billion or more? What I'm saying is: If the going gets tough the way you describe it, expect the worst.
