I don't know what the smarts are doing but I know from PLS experience that it's this point that the dumb sell out or try trading pips. There's no smoke and mirrors or carrot dangling, the info is in the anns and if you want to read between the lines at this point you'll find your kind in QAnon or an X-Files fan club.
