Well done Pnn Amazing deal for what is/was a $12m MC Company. As per our PEA Capex was US $216m so fully carried and still hold 41%. And receive $7m working Capital.
It seems quite brilliant becoming a service provider over several Li projects with meaning full stakes in each.
Rincon now Fast Tracked with possibly no PFS or DFS required.
