    Only if those public service functions are not replaced by dodgy consultancies. It ends up costing us tax payers much more and the consultancies act directly in opposition to Aus taxpayers costing even more.

    RE: PwC, they were just the ones who got caught. $1B to be saved by cutting big 4 consulting scams, $634M saved in 23-24 alone so far.
