Yeah it goes to what they were say on the call that the Herd Value price they need to use for accounting purposes isn't a fair reflection of the true value of their specific herd. That would make the actual NTA much higher.
If they can prove-up some of the value in the "additional" uses for the land, like solar or carbon sequestration we are off to the races on what it is actually all worth.
