The rumour I've just heard (no evidence) is that Albermarle dropped PMT becasuse they are now trying to take over 100% of Winsome.
Given the massive difference in Mkt Caps and time to market, I think this has merit.
Hold on to your shares tightly team, it could be an explosive ride.
