C2V can still loan the cash. If they choose not to that's their choice. But why would they do that?

There's an information void regarding potential sales revenue which is diminishing the share price. It does make me wonder what exactly the market isn't privy to if the current directors wish to make such a large investment? That lack of information does lend them an advantage in gaining a substantial equity stake for potentially outstanding value.

I don't think it's all over if this doesn't get approved. The message I want the directors to hear is curb your cashflow and get the product on the market.
