Ann before quarterly IMO...the announcements lately in terms of the placement and director option conversion seem a bit rushed in preparation for something.
Could it be that MHM need to acquire the 3 party JV rights (Aus) prior to any US deal with Alcoa??? Not sure why this would need to happen...just seems like something may come out of left field very soon.
