You want to judge risk, travel to Africa and park yourself there for 2 months. I bet you London to a brick that you wont invest a cent.

I am involved in a lot of projects in Africa.

The risk is real I think. I have cut back on some projects even with heavy hitters involved in terms of valuations because a lot can cause problems ignoring the circus with LLL.

Remember there has been AVZ and plenty of others
