    I am not an expert on ISF, and not brave enough to try catching a falling knife (or a fallen angel).

    However I bought some OCP, which owns a big chunk of ISF. The current OCP price pretty much values their ISF shares at $0. The idea is that if my bet is right (ISF survives or get taken over) I will win a lot, if I am wrong (ISF goes belly up), I don't lose too much.
