Not exactly sure of the specific causes of dry eye, but it is related to tear glands not producing enough tears. Not sure what actually causes that to happen, but iTrack is a fairly versatile device so it could maybe help. I know it's been used for treating some retinal diseases. Would probably be a good question to send the company, they would probably be better for answering a question like that
