    Certainly beats the 12% they were getting!

    Lets quickly convert before CCC can repay through free cash flow!! Moot point given the terms of the debt fqcility.

    Hope that the balance was converted at a more accepting strike price.

    Anyone's guess what the discount to VWAP actually is?
