With the silver price gliding past $30 and $31 last night up to $47 AUD and breaking well out, we are set for big gains in Maronan.
but does anyone think that this 24c capital raise given to veritas and selected existing shareholders was fair (wasnt offered to me, actually I think I was the largest shareholder who it was not offered to).
they are all going to get massive gains at 24c.
veritas suppressed the price to achieve it.
the company secretary and at least one Maronan director and one Red Metal director ignored the evidence that Veritas were suppressing the price.
the company is about to get diluted 20% for veritas to get the cheap shares, Im not happy about this and want to stop it. I even have the opportunity to stop it. Hot copper is the worst place to post this because its full of trolls but who is with me in stopping this?
I stopped a convertible note issuance before in another ASX company because it was not in the interests of all shareholders and I can do it again here in maronan. It costs me $2400 to do it. Its not too late.

we shouldnt just be happy that silver is up and maronan will have gains, we should only be happy if maronan gains are distributed fairly
several non genuine accounts on the maronan register with tiny holdings are also going to try and apply for the SPP and I want to stop them doing that also.
also @GT55 you will be paying me out when silver smashes through $USD end of year. The stage is set
to all of you who labelled conspiracy theorists to those of us that exposed the lies of the silver institute who were hiding the real demand figures for silver in solar panels, you have no idea how explosive silver will be the most shorted commodity there is.
