Shareholders not happy with directors must do some lobbying with their key shareholders and vote them down. Get the major shareholders to nominate alternative directors.

Shareholders are asked to vote directors in aftwer certain terms. It appears that you don't know your role as a part company owner. No doubt you don't bother to vote.

What are you a shareholder for? Just to make speculative profits or to part own a company? If you say make money then wear the directors you have.

If you had to ask the question you are in trouble and should keep your money in the bank - not in shares particularly GDN shares.

But options you are now on ignore. Your niaivity is unbearable.
