Did you read the lawsuit? It reads like a novel about a guy running around self dealing and embezzling company funds to pay for a love nest apartment where he would bring subordinates to pressure them into having sex with him.
As CEO,Eric Wang was directly responsible for the dubious decisions that sank the company, and many of his actions were clearly in the service of his libido.
The lawsuit narrative contains many accounts of wrong doing by Wang, yet he is not a defendant. Hence my question.
Read the lawsuit Goldy. My simple question pertains to the narrative I just read there. The guy sunk the company with the complicity of the board. Yet he is not party to this suit.
