I will simply refer to the current CIA director, who at the time,made it perfectly clear in his memo that this expansion was red line too far for Russia , not Putin , Russia. Nazis , yep no doubt they have them , so do we Weapons bio labs , yep no doubt, so would Russia China and countless other countries. How much is propaganda? Half truths ? Total fabrication? To pretend that propaganda is a one way street and that somehow the west holds some superior moral high ground after the Wikileaks revelations, the pentagon papers , is laughable.
