The truth the Ukraine Propagandists understand fully but hope the rest of the world can't see;
During the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis, if Russia said to the world:-
"We don't care what you, America, and the rest of the world, say. We wont move from Cuba those missiles we have aimed at America because Cuba has 'a sovereign right' to host whatever enemy armies and nuclear weapons it likes against America".
If Russia had been that evil,like America is being evil now, there would have been A Nuclear WW3 in 1962.
