Of the remaining 25% of the total shares, the majority will be held by EUR's management, by individuals, by their own companies or through intermediaries.

Now you might think that the management should be interested in the EUR price rising out of self-interest alone?
But that will require institutional investors to step in and buy large stakes.
This could mean that the majority of shares in management will fall or be lost.
The danger would then be that the incompetent management would be removed.
This would also have a significant impact on CRML, as the majority is held by EUR.
Why should the management have an interest in the EUR price becoming interesting for major shareholders?

.... Are you saying that the items to be voted on at the next meeting (options/management salaries/remuneration) are as good as approved and the majority of shareholders will not be asked about them?
You're right about the A-options, only Australian and New Zealand shareholders have received them anyway,
I in Europe don't have the opportunity, I can only buy shares....and with them i am in deep red
