The only caveat I see is... If they do not leave the options on the table, can the company seek another CR less than 12 months from the previous raise?
Have they left the oppies in to hedge their concerns more funds would be required before Q1 next year as the cash flow wont hit the balance sheets even if a contract is signed??
I understand the setup is absolutely shit - but how else do they prep for another raise? - can you do 2 in less than 12 months?
