Everything seems to be on track with offtakes. It does sound like any offtake announcement might be in conjunction with an ECA finance package from that country with equity in its mandate as opposed to capital works. Now that would be a catalyst for a massive rerate.
Hard to see the accumulators getting many more shares at the current capped price. I have a feeling that they will need to let the price advance somewhat to make their accumulation worthwhile. hard to see the wheels falling off after that interview, considering how reserved Rowena has been, so it may just mean I will need to dig a little deeper to accumulate some more myself.
