What would happen to this calculation though if we merged? You only have to look at TMT/AVL, Livent/Ampkell mergers to see that these sorta calculations wont work in those scenarios. I am pretty sure M&A is on the table now with the appointment of Azure Capital. I just hope it pans out for us shareholders. MGT was $1.20 when Tim joined - preconsolidation. A merger now would usually mean that we'd get offered current SP + 30% for our shares = 52 cents. I would be at -43% loss if that occurred. Thats my only concern.
