Puna Mining is part owned by AGY.
AFAIK there is nothing technically stopping a hostile (or other) takeover of AGY, but that does not automatically provide “access” to our project or technology.
Puna Mining owns the Rincon project.
AFAIK for someone to “takeover” Puna Mining, they would require the other JV partners to agree to it. Those partners are Alurralde and Menendez.
Imo I doubt they would sell out, as they seem fully committed to building a long-term business for the benefit of all currently involved, and will own 10% of Puna Mining when we expand to +10ktpa. Do the maths on their potential income!!
