Maybe Lee is waiting until the deposit has arrived from PNG or the 90 day deadline is past which is the 1st of Nov.

I also emailed Metal Storm, the same time as writer did (got Janet's out of office reply), and asked him specifically about whether the deposit had been received or if he had any reason to believe that it will not be received within the 90 day period. I have not received a reply

Once again not the end of the world if it is late as long as the market is informed.

According to the details outlined by Lee previously production would not start until the deposit was received.
