Based on James' comments and the plethora of information out in the market that supports bids in the vicinity of US$10k - US$12k, I am not sure on what objective basis investors would want to sell.
Perhaps someone who has recently sold can enlighten us as to why they did so. What objective information and thought process did they use to justify a sale at these levels given the strong likelihood of a much higher value being obtained?
