We won the opportunity to go through the process all over again which currently with the process could be indefinitely. If your argument is that the process is not indefinitely then at what point is the line drawn? Why should investors wait 5 years prior to company doing anything about it. Even 3 months to look at an application and process it was too long. Look at how long we have waited now.

NOPTA also re-evaluated the application prior to sending to JA. As we even know now, who they sent it to is a mystery which what we know, none of it is textbook via NOPTA website.
