Ok, I would claim to have a very reasonable knowledge of exploration for nickel and mining and if RRS were targeting an EM response with associated PGE anomalism and drilled right in the bullseye of the anomaly, there is a pretty fair chance that they would hit the conductor, and it would appear that is exactly what they have done.
What they haven't done is stated clearly the type of sulphide mineralisation .ie disseminated/ mattrix or massive although disseminated sulphides are rarely very conductive so it would be nice to speculate (as some of us have) that they have hit a high % of sulphides.
The length of the intersection is potentially encouraging as barren sedimentary sulphides are rarely this thick. However to determine whether the mineralisation has a high nickel tenor from RC chips is nigh on impossible. It can be bloody hard even with diamond core.
