    But surely the current SP is irrelevant in considering the value of the assets. Anyone with half a brain can see that it's currently hugely undervalued vs. the NPV of Razorback alone. So surely "SP + 30%" wouldn't even come close to anything that Dobson would even remotely consider as an acceptable M&A/takeover offer?
