It seems like poster's are discounting some kind of partnership?
I can't imagine PAA would raise at the current SP when they could have done it at the 30c mark?
JC's confidence makes me hopeful they have a non-dilutive way of raising the capital?
Once funding is sorted, and some wider recognition, the SP should recover...
