With a JV partner (1) Why would AAU need a Mining Operations Manager and (2) I think with the number of prospective projetcs on the table / agreement for AAU that the company should strategically position itself as a Prospect Generator / Royalties kind of operation, and therein is more of a commercial geologists skillset I would think
But that strategic review is still underway so lets see what comes of it
