The best thing I have found is to not keep shares in your HIN account. Tranfer them to the Registry and keep them in the SRN account then when an allotment like this comes along, log into your Registry and see how much were you alloted then sell them through COMMSEC using your SRN number.
COMMSEC automatically tranfers them from SRN and it is a smooth transaction.
I did the same this morning with half of my allotment
