I take 150 % to be 50 % higher than the current average price, at the time.
For example, 20 cents at the time, would have a strike price of 30 cents, 3 years later.
50 % rise in 3 years, usually would sound pretty good, but I think most of us, are hoping for a lot more.
Just announcing a restart, should create a 50 % rise.
Plus, He has to be in the Job for 1 Year, to get the Options.
Seems a pretty easy task to Me.
