Yep isnt it amazing how the LNG forget so quickly...but that's what happens when one is busy licking the boards Aholes...like who can forget the voting of the last AGM wherby the Remuneration Report was completely voted down by over 48% of the votes and also who can forget how this BoD's wanted nothing to do with shareholders by way of virtual only meetings by changing the Constitution so that it suited them down to a T and therefore had no one to answer to...and of course there was other votes at the AGM like the following..

1: Re Election of James Brown close to 42% voted against him only Piedmonts voting power got him over the line.

2: Appointment of Phillip Lucas over 35% voted against this resolution why because he is tied at the hip to the other Muppets.

3: lncrease in Non Executive Remuneration over 33% voted against this.

So when the LNG take their heads out of the sand an comprehend the facts/figures and how close the Sesame Street Gang were to being totally decimated by the voting at the AGM an if it had not been for Piedmonts voting power then its clear to see those LNG have NFI of who's happy with the board and therefore can only speak for themselves as the voting at the AGM clearly shows an at this point Sayona is actually in a far worse position than what it was at the last AGM is it not.
