100% agree with this. Why the hell would we give up ANY WI if we don’t absolutely HAVE to! And 30% for 100M? 10 TCF and 500m barrels is worth TENS of BILLIONS minus extraction costs. Get what you need to flow test the damn thing. 30m tops. Sign your PPSA. Monetize M2 with the Gold Mine. Boom. Debt Financing and pre paid contracts. Bootstrap the thing as you go.
