Isnt it interesting how both CHM and MMX gapped when the market over reacted on release of Justice Jacobsons ruling and now as the market is digesting the implications beyond the headlines and is coming to realize that MMX is not out of the woods yet and that in fact there is a lot of pain to come for MMX when the CHM forensic accountants have done their job, those gaps will need to be filled, CHM up MMX down.
