Impressive to finally see the charges that have been laid out in the document posted by @AussieHopper, and big credit to the current BOD following through with what they said they'd do
It appears Kenneth & co are going to be put through the ringer in relation to the misappropriated funds

Nowhere to hide when your own personal assistant has the dirty deletes ALL documented..
Fake email addresses, impersonating TP to keep the heat away.. How on Earth they thought this wouldn't see the light of day is incredible haha, theres only so long they could've maintained this for
Non existent employees (being Kenneth's wife) on the payroll
It's all getting very serious now for the ex-BOD, and it appears through these documents that OVT are 1 step closer to recovering some of those 'lost' funds..
