The 2013-2016 Annual Reports are somewhat more instructive on the recent history than the 2007 AR.
2007 includes the pre-GFC peak in land values and meat prices, which had run up remarkably in the years prior. The 2009-12ish drought also had quite some negative impacts across the business.
The capital raising that gave our now Majority holders their big stake was somewhat of a complete debacle, but wasn't necessarily a Management decision (as opposed to Board).
