@carnabombers - Just wondering if you know this for a fact or you're making an assumption that it's done by an Admin person? According to the email Franciscus posted from EPA it's allocatted to the same person doing the assessment. It could be BS just to dissuade people from giving them extra work but maybe it's not. I don't know how long an FOI request takes a person but I imagine it's a pain in the arse if you're already under the pump.
It does seem logical to me though that it's done by someone who's close to the assesmant with easy access to the required files. Even if it was an Admin person it would still require time of the person assigned to assessment and given what we've seen so far I seriously doubt they can do anything in a couple of minutes.
I'm not suggesting you don't submit one, it's entirely your choice. I too, have appreciated some of the stuff you've posted from previous FOI requests. I just think regardless of who it's done by, it's going to take time away from the person doing the assessment. Might be a few minutes or it might be a few days, maybe you can submit an FOI request for answers
