No GP, that is not how it works and that isn't what happened.

Responsibility was proven by a Dutch court and it was a Russian BuK missile, fired from a Russian BuK launcher, brought to Ukraine from Russia and then transported back to Russia after shooting down MH17. Putin is responsible.
