Yes I agree with that proposal. Some posts seem to have been TOU'd for very minor reasons or simply because a poster just does not agree with another poster's point of view, usually political. Some posters just don't' seem to believe in Democracy. I have only TOU'd another poster if he/she has used extremely abusive language.

Why would a person be afraid of this change? It would eliminate those posters who TOU other posters for the simple reason they can't bear the fact that other posters have a different point of view. What else would you expect in a political forum.
