    Do you buy at or.008 or wait until the entity that has this share by the short and curlies gets it back below 0.004.

    If this isn't sorted out with ASX, managememnt of PIL can kiss a successful venture in the Philippines good night because they are showing a total lack of control over their share holding structure.
