IMO at this stage without FID, 19c is fair, markets are efficient like that I guess.
I am not surprised, however when you take into account all that has been, minus harsh economic times and FID being late only due to a new corner stone investor that will add value, this is heavily undervalued.
With that in mind, throw all of that out the window due to the instos manipulation who see the 'however' as reality and are trying to build a large position.
Hold on to your shares folks its going to be bumpy.
