For those who haven't connected the dots yet, the guy in my quoted post and in all the recent Summit social media posts, that's who SUM acquired the project from and who will be getting those 6,000,000 shares in the resolution (50% escrowed), Sandro Arruda who's clearly highly knowledgable given the levels of detail his linkedin posts go into.

Would make him the number 1 shareholder based on the last Top 20 by a significant amount, with 2.83m being the highest at 4.9% but I imagine some of them other than the Dahrouge holder (Dahrouge Geological Consulting) have sold off in the last few days given over 60% of the register has churned through.

Additionl projects planned to be acquired too, so I imagine there's quite possibly a CR to come when those projects are announced which isn't a bad thing, given 53m shares on issue gives substantial room to raise significant cash with such a low market cap base to start from.
