Every shareholder has had plenty of chance to buy into this stock at prices lower than 4.5c. It hit that level only a few weeks ago. It's pretty normal for a junior resource stock to do a raise a discount to recent trading and they wanted to complete it quickly. SPP usually takes weeks.
According to the commentary from the empties, there will be lower prices tomorrow for anyone who didn't get the 4.5c.
