The strike meter now resets.
Next year they will be back to having NO strikes and it will be for shareholders to vote for a first strike again.
If you look closely at the numbers you will see that the 70 odd million shares voted unsuccessfully for a strike constituted less than 4% of the total shares on issue.
You will also see that the pre AGM votes in favour of a strike after the AGM presentation only increased by about half a million votes whereas the shares voted against a strike increased by about 50 million.
My view is that the very intelligent decision to strongly vote down the spilling of the Board along with the very strong votes for the two Directors sends a strong message to any institution or company wanting to capitalise on perceived discontent and tip out the Board and gain control of Brainchip by stealth to steal the technology that Brainchip retail are more intelligent than they normally credit.
