Not sure why people are speculating so much about this, but it would indicate the opposite. If they feel there is a need to raise, doing so before an uncertain event is good management. They shouldn't be speculating, whilst approval definitely seems in the bag the FDA are a bureaucratic nightmare. I would never say anything is guaranteed when it comes to dealing with the FDA, until you actually hear from them.

This whole obsession with cap raises hotcopper punters seem to have is so bizarre. Focus on real issues, don't lose sleep worrying about a company doing what is literally the sole purpose of listing on a public exchange
