I would think this article is behind a paywall. Anyhow it is from the Wall Street Journal and is great reading on the relentless Chinese resource investment happening around the globe. They understand natural resources wont be a luxury forever! Australia is so fortunate to have an infinite amount of these sought after metals, but we need to preserve this wealth of precious metals by keeping them under sovereign ownership.
