i would say content creators could adapt this tech to help create short videos for their social media pages. But in the end the public dont want the work of having to seek their highlights and prefer broadcasters etc to do it for them. For me i would only use it if i was looking at a specific player just to see how well he does but i wouldnt be doing it every week and especially not everyday and especially when broadcatsers all ready have their own highlights. .

For me the biggest public users will be the social media content creators who could get a great use from this tech and creating highlights of games, teams and players and posting this to their youtube or social media channles.

In the education system i believe students would benefit a lot from this tech that would be a way of getting more public to use it.

Does linius just get pid per minute of video created and some advertising revenue or does it get paid for every minute the video is watched. Example is youtube. They get paid per advertisement video watched. If linius can get this kind of revenue but if its just for every minute of new video created then it wont be a lot of revenue.

Anyone know the finer details of the fee structure?
